My servitude leads me to walk beside Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOAs) in transforming their hearths and hearts—breaking generational cycles and restoring peace with faith-centered technical artistry that glorifies Jesus Christ and uniquely creative coaching & intimate mentoring that fortifies the soul, heals the past, and builds a future of divine alignment.
You’re Here for a Reason.
Something in your life feels out of balance. Maybe it’s the tension in your home—the unspoken weight of stress that lingers in the air. Maybe it’s the emotional distance in your relationships—the way connection feels harder than it should. Or maybe it’s that quiet, aching disconnect from God—the feeling that no matter how much you pray, you’re still searching for something more. You long for peace, clarity, and purpose—not just for yourself, but for your loved ones. You want a home filled with love, a heart that feels whole, and a spirit that stands unshaken. But no matter how hard you try, it still feels just out of reach.I get it. I’ve been there. As an Adult Child of an Alcoholic (ACOA), as a mother, as a woman of faith navigating the real battles of spiritual warfare, I know what it’s like to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. I know what it’s like to fight for peace when chaos feels familiar, to build a life of love when all you knew was survival.

Kindred
Hi, I’m Leah Frieday,
I Know This Struggle Because I’ve Lived It
Like you, I’ve faced moments where I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of my next step. I’ve wrestled with the weight of past trauma, navigated the unsteady ground of marriage and motherhood, and battled the tension between wanting a life filled with love and peace while feeling buried under the weight of everything else.
As an Adult Child of an Alcoholic (ACOA), I carried survival instincts into every part of my life—constantly scanning for danger, anticipating chaos, and struggling to let my guard down, even in the moments that should have been safe. The patterns of my past tried to dictate my future, and for a long time, I felt trapped—longing for peace but unsure how to reach it.
But when I leaned into my faith and started aligning my life with God’s plan instead of my own survival mode, everything began to shift. I learned that transformation doesn’t come from perfection or relentless striving—it comes from small, intentional steps rooted in grace, love, and faith.
Now, I help women like you reclaim what has always been yours: a home filled with peace, a heart that feels safe, and a spirit aligned with God’s purpose. You don’t have to figure this out alone. You are not too broken, too tired, or too far gone. Healing is possible. Transformation is real. And I’m here to walk with you through every step.
I am deeply called to help Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOAs) break free from generational chaos and create peace, love, and unshakable faith—both within their hearts and at the center of their homes. No longer bound by the past, they will rise into the stability, purpose, and spiritual strength they were always meant to embody.

What if you could transform your home and heart without feeling lost or overwhelmed?
I’ve always believed that faith has the power to transform lives, but there was a time when my own faith felt distant—like a faint whisper I couldn’t quite hear. My home was full of noise, chaos, and to-do lists, but my heart felt empty. I was stuck in a cycle of overwhelm, trying to hold everything together while feeling like I was falling apart.
Then life handed me a series of challenges that I couldn’t ignore. The emotional toll of unresolved trauma, the strain in my marriage, and the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from God all collided, forcing me to face what I’d been avoiding. I had to ask myself: Is this the life I’m meant to live?
The answer was no.

The Turning Point
In the midst of that storm, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Kidney Cancer. I turned to God in a way I never had before—fully, openly, and with complete surrender.
As I stepped into the surgery room, I gave it all up to HIM.
In recovery, I came to a profound truth—true faith is not found in perfection, performance, or checking endless boxes. It is found in surrender at the feet of Jesus Christ. It is through His love, His grace, and His power that we are made new. True healing begins when we stop striving and start abiding—when we trade our burdens for His yoke and walk in the freedom, peace, and purpose He has already secured for us.
I started to see how healing my body and heart could bring peace to my home. How reconnecting with God could anchor me in ways I didn’t think were possible. And how aligning my life with His purpose could bring clarity, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose.

The Mission
What I learned during that time changed everything for me—and I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself. I saw a gap for women like me: women of faith seeking peace, love, and purpose but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.
That’s when I decided to create a space where women could find the tools, support, and guidance they needed to create transformation in their homes, hearts, and lives. I wanted to build a process that didn’t just address surface-level issues but spoke to the deeper challenges we face as nurturers, protectors, and women of faith.
I believe in the power of faith.
True transformation begins when we trust God to guide us through every step of the journey.
I’ve been put on this earth to…
...forge spiritual warriors who rise up, reclaim their vibrational energy, and walk in their divine right to protect, prosper, and stand in unwavering authority. Empower ACOA Women Walking in Truth to step boldly into their God-given roles as nurturers, protectors, and leaders—fortifying their homes, shielding their families, and cultivating an atmosphere of divine strength and abundance.

Why I Do What I Do
I do this work because I believe every woman—especially those who have carried the weight of a broken past—deserves to walk in the unshakable peace of Christ, to build a home filled with His presence, and to step boldly into the purpose He designed for her.
Through His power, we can break free from the chains of dysfunction, restore our hearts, strengthen our relationships, and return to the truth of who we are in Him—no matter where we’re starting from.
If you’re here, it’s because God is stirring something in your spirit. You’re ready for change—not just surface-level healing, but true transformation. And I’m here to walk beside you.
Together, we will fortify your faith, reclaim your peace, and align your life with the purpose God has called you into—starting exactly where you are.
The Child I Could Have Been:
I often wonder—who would I have been if someone had seen me clearly? If, instead of being dismissed as too much, too scattered, too emotional, or not trying hard enough, someone had recognized the signs?
From a young age, I learned how to survive in a world that felt unsafe. I became a master of reading people, sensing danger, adapting to keep myself protected. But the cost of that survival was silence—the quiet, internal war of someone who felt different but didn’t know why.
My mind has always been a wildfire—alive with ideas, passion, and endless possibilities. But the world around me expected a steady flame, a controlled burn, a predictable rhythm I could never seem to maintain. So I adapted. I masked. I worked twice as hard just to keep up. Yet no matter how much I pushed, it always felt like I was running against a current no one else could see.
Now, as an adult, the realization of ADHD isn’t a limitation—it’s a revelation. It’s a doorway, not a diagnosis. It’s the missing piece of a puzzle I spent years trying to solve. It explains the struggle, the exhaustion, the ways I have fought to mold myself into a world that was never designed for the way I think, the way I feel, the way I thrive.
I am not broken.
I am not behind.
I am wired differently, and that difference is my power.
I no longer shrink to fit the expectations of others. Instead, I embrace the fire, the creativity, the untamed brilliance that has always been inside me. Because what I once saw as a burden, I now see as my greatest strength—a divine design, not a mistake.
Growing up as an ACOA
(Adult Child of an Alcoholic)
I grew up navigating the unpredictable tides of a household shaped by addiction. As an ACOA, I learned survival skills before I learned self-love. I became hyper-vigilant, always scanning the emotional landscape to anticipate what version of home I was walking into each day. The weight of unspoken pain, the inherited silence, and the need to prove my worth in every space shaped me into someone who could carry everything—except my own needs. It took years to unravel the belief that love had to be earned, that I had to be the fixer, the strong one, the one who never let anyone down. Now, I stand in the light of truth: I am not my past. I am not defined by what I lacked—I am defined by what I build now, by the healing I claim, and by the love I allow myself to receive.
